Why is my connection running slow today?

Firstly, try restarting your router, and ensure all cables are properly plugged in and turned on. Majority of the time though; it’s because you are using your device too far away from the router. The speeds that you select in your plan are delivered to the router (same as every other ISP); if you prefer to use your devices in another part of your premises, or have multiple people that all use devices etc, we can add additional data cabling, wireless access points, or a point-to-point link through your premises to increase the wireless coverage at an additional cost.
