What determines a ‘good’ internet provider is different for everyone. Our suggestion would be for the customer to determine what their ideal values are with an internet company eg. do you want the cheapest? The fastest? The best service? The easiest set-up?

Here are some facts that could help you with your decision:

  • We have local support, meaning if issues with your connection arise and Nathan needs to go on-site, he can be there sometimes the same day, sometimes within minutes.
  • Downstream Fixed-Wireless Internet also bypasses the NBN, so we can service you reliably.

We pride ourselves on delivering high-speed, fixed wireless internet to our customers. We have a selection of plans available to suit different needs, and all of our plans are unlimited.

“Can anybody get your internet?”

Fixed-Wireless Internet goes ‘through the air’ rather than cables under the ground, for this reason we do require a clear line of sight to one of our towers. Common obstacles that customers will have in their line of sight include mountains, trees and sometimes other buildings or houses.
If your line of sight is obstructed, but you still want to be connected with us, alterations can sometimes be made to allow that. To get the dish higher than the treeline for example, we could install a longer mast (rather than the 1m standard mast). This would obviously cost more, and any alterations to the install would be discussed with the customer prior.
Currently, there are no plans with lock-in-contracts. Our contract with the customer will end within 30 days of the customer giving us notice of cancellation. In which time, we will need any outstanding payments cleared, and we will collect the CPE equipment from your property.
